Competition Terms & Conditions

Welcome! Please read these terms carefully before entering any of our competitions. By entering, you agree to these rules.

1. Who Can Enter?

You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
Employees of Armed Solutions Limited and their immediate families cannot enter.
International entrants outside the UK and Ireland are welcome to enter, but must be willing to pay any additional shipping charges and customs duties.

Go to copnbox.com and pick a competition you want to enter.
Each entry requires you to answer a skill-based question. Only correct answers are entered into the draw.
You can enter by paying for entries online, or use the free entry method below. Both are treated equally.
All entries must be received before the competition closing date shown on the website.

To enter for free, post your name, full address (street, city, county, and eircode), date of birth, phone number, email, the competition name, and your answer to the skill question to:

Each free entry must be posted separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will only count as one entry.
Free entries must arrive before the competition closes. Proof of posting is not proof of entry.

After the competition closes, all correct entries (paid and free) are entered into a random draw.
The winner will be contacted by email or phone within 7 days and announced on our website/social media (unless you ask us not to).
The prize is as described on the competition page. No cash alternative unless we say otherwise.

We reserve the right to disqualify anyone who cheats, provides false information, or is rude/abusive to our team or other entrants.
Entries received after the closing date, or that do not answer the skill question correctly, will not be entered into the draw.

We only use your personal data to run the competition and contact winners. See our Privacy Policy for details.
If you win, we may use your first name and county for winner announcements unless you ask us not to.

Essential Communications: We will send you essential emails related to your account, including email verification, entry confirmations, and winner notifications. These emails are necessary for the operation of our service and cannot be opted out of.
Marketing Communications: With your consent, we may send you marketing emails about new competitions, special offers, and updates. You can opt in to these communications during registration or update your preferences in your account settings.
Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by updating your preferences in your account settings.
Email Frequency: We aim to send relevant and valuable content. Marketing emails are typically sent no more than once per week, and you can control the frequency through your account settings.

We may change these terms at any time. The latest version is always on our website.
We are not responsible for entries lost in the post or technical issues with online entries.
UK law applies. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

If you win a competition, we will ship your prize to the shipping address you provide in your account (street, city, county, and eircode) or as confirmed after the draw.
Prizes are shipped within 14 days of confirming your win and receiving your delivery details.
We use reputable postal or courier services. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal/courier services or for incorrect addresses provided by winners.
There is no charge for standard shipping of prizes to winners in the UK or Ireland.
If you are located outside the UK and Ireland, you are welcome to enter, but you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges and customs duties. International shipping is available but not free.
If you do not provide a valid delivery address (including street, city, county, and eircode) within 30 days of being notified as a winner, you may forfeit your prize.

All competition entries are final and non-refundable. Once you have entered a competition, you cannot cancel your entry or request a refund.
Competitions cannot be cancelled once they have started, except at our sole discretion (e.g., if there is a technical issue or not enough entries are received).
Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect prize, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or repair where possible.
If a competition is cancelled by us, all paid entries will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
